Initial meeting
At this discovery session, we sit back and let you really explain why you are seeking assistance with your financial goals, details around your current situation and any challenges you are facing.
Through this meeting we will get a clear idea if there is enough for us to work with to provide a substantial benefit to YOU
Assuming there is enough interest from both sides, a range of actions will be determined for the follow-up meeting
Follow-up meeting
This is where we get a lot more forensic into your major areas of advice. For each person / couple this is different but will typically involve a detailed discussion around your budget / cashflow, your major investments, situation with primary residence, salary, contribution history, insurance requirements, estate planning needs, Centrelink issues and your retirement goals.
Now that we have enough information, we will discuss the fees and confidence on being able to offer more financial benefit than any fees for the ‘initial advice. We will also discuss whether an ongoing service will be required and likely fees for this service.
Assuming this is agreed we will complete a risk profile questionnaire to determine appropriate investments.

Complete any final data gathering
Get the Fact Find signed (if not already completed)
Send client file into paraplanning for complete modelling of adviser’s recommendations
Allow around 2 weeks for preparation of advice
Advice presentation meeting
This is the fun part…
Here we elaborate on all of the recommendations and how this will allow you to meet your goals.
We will go over in detail these recommendations and the next action items.
No pressure to sign on the spot.
We provide all the documentation to form your decision and give you some time to decide if you want us to implement these recommendations
Implemetation meeting
Assuming agreement to proceed – we will prepare all of the paperwork for signing. From here will lodge all the forms to implement the necessary changes.
We will also discuss whether you want an ongoing service. Forms can be completed at this stage as well.
All you need to do is understand the range of recommendations and how this will be practically completed. We handle the rest…
Post-Implementation meeting
This is optional and is typical for those situations where there were a larger number of changes. This meeting is to make sure you have access to all of the new portals and you are comfortable with how you are now structured financially….
